Can $ETH still be chased? How high can it go next?
Do you remember when ETH dropped to $1300, and everyone was cursing Vitalik, saying it would fall below $1000?
But now ETH has risen from $1300 to $3600, and many people are starting to chase the increase, asking if they can continue to get in.
My advice is: this position is not suitable for chasing the increase, for three reasons:
First: The profits from the bottom positions are too large, and a sell-off could happen at any time.
From $1300 to $3600, it has nearly tripled. At this position, the funds that entered at the bottom already have very substantial profits. As long as the whales sell a little, it could trigger a significant drop.
Second: The $3600 area is a previous dense hold area.
In January, ETH was sideways around $3600 for a long time, forming a huge holding position. Once these positions are released, they may choose to sell, putting downward pressure on the market, making breakthroughs difficult.
Third: There have been no significant improvements in ETH's fundamentals.
Whether it's TPS (speed) or governance structure, ETH has not seen any critical upgrades or changes recently. In comparison, SOL has stronger performance, faster user growth, and an active ecosystem, yet its market cap is still less than 1/4 of ETH's.
Instead of chasing ETH at a high price now, it would be better to accumulate SOL and other potential new-generation public chains at low prices, as there will be continuous positive news ahead, with greater chances for explosive growth. $SOL $BNB #比特币巨鲸动向 #山寨季何时到来? #山寨币突破
