With the regulations passing like Genius Act only bolster the US Dollar value instead of crypto it's introduced strict regulations for the USD stable coin.

What I'm worried is if there's is regulatory crackdown on the Tether USD ($USDT ) which could lead to the coin being depegged from USD for a while like $USDC a while ago. The US are pushing for Cryptocurrency centralization which go against why crypto is there in the first place.
