新加坡今年6月30日开始执行DTSP(Digital Token Service Provider)合规政策，过去那些把项目主体注册在开曼维京群岛， 但是创始人和团队base在新加坡的Web3项目，只要涉及发币(无论发币是面向新加坡用户还是面向新加坡以外的其他国家用户)， 或者面向散户提供虚拟货币交易的交易所、做市商，甚至帮助Web3项目做推广的机构，都需要持有新加坡金融管理局MAS的DTSP牌照，否则就是违法。 在新加坡违法的成本还是很高的，搞不好鞭刑，花钱事小，屁股被打开花了那事就大了！ 所以6月份有不少住在新加坡做Web3业务的团队，已经搬去迪拜、香港、泰国和马来西亚了。连几家新加坡本地人开的交易所，6月30日还没有拿到牌照、一年豁免期又已超过的，都官宣搬去了马来西亚。 预计今年新加坡Token2049的人流量会减少，因为过去这些团队住在新加坡，现在要从外国飞来新加坡，机票酒店都是一笔不小的开支，今年Token2049恰逢大陆国庆节长假，同一周还有一年一度的F1大赛。 美国正在加快步伐发展加密行业，照说新加坡一直是跟着美国走的，理论上只会越来越开放。 不过现在实际上是在收紧，有几个在新加坡住了好几年做Web3有关业务的朋友，有开Web3媒体的，有给非持牌虚拟货币交易所做后台技术支持的，拿着新加坡EP签证和PR绿卡，最近申请新的EP签证和绿卡转公民，都被拒了。 Token2049的2025赛季开始了，收到的第一个side event邀请是来自Sui的。 不管怎样 ，Welcome to Token2049!
