Iteration of Entrepreneurial Strategy: From Single Point Breakthrough to Ecological Layout

My first entrepreneurial project focused on a single product. Although there was some success, growth was sluggish. Later, I realized that users needed a complete solution, so I expanded the supporting services to create an ecological closed loop. For example, from selling software to providing training, after-sales support, and community operations. This evolution of strategy increased customer retention by three times and opened up the B-end market. Entrepreneurship is not static; it must continuously iterate based on feedback, upgrading from 'product thinking' to 'platform thinking'.
