🇺🇸 Donald Trump convinced Republicans to vote for cryptocurrency
After the failure of the GENIUS bill vote, Donald Trump met in the Oval Office with 11 out of 12 congressmen who voted against it to understand their position.
"After a brief conversation, they all agreed to vote tomorrow morning for the rule," Trump wrote on his platform Truth Social.
➡️ Republicans voted against GENIUS because the bill did not contain a direct prohibition from the Federal Reserve on the creation of a digital dollar (CBDC).
➡️ Additionally, some politicians would like to combine three crypto laws into one for greater clarity.
