Yesterday gave us a subtle but very telling signal for altcoins and barely anyone's talking about it.
While $BTC was dumping, two key charts stood out: BTC.D (Bitcoin dominance) and BTC/ETH.
Normally, we see this:
→ BTC up → alts follow
→ BTC down -3% → alts drop -5% to -10%
But yesterday, something changed.
Despite $BTC falling, alts held their ground especially $ETH while dominance dropped. That’s unusual.
No, this doesn't mean altseason starts tomorrow, and it’s not time to go full FOMO.
But it is a strong signal: the market's tone around alts especially ETH is turning positive.
And yes, institutions have been quietly accumulating ETH over the past few days. 🧠
