Foresight News reports that PeckShield monitoring shows that the Ethereum Foundation development account EFDev internally transferred 1000 ETH (worth approximately 3.15 million USD) to the EF2 address starting with 0xc061. This address currently holds 7000 ETH (worth approximately 22 million USD).
