Three key initiatives - GENIUS Act, CLARITY and Anti-CBDC - did not pass the procedural vote in the House of Representatives. Without this stage, the documents cannot be submitted for finalisation.
Trump said that he had already agreed with his party members for 11 out of 12 necessary votes for the adoption of the GENIUS Act. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson also supported the initiative and promised to put it to the second vote as soon as possible.
