Odaily Planet Daily News Today morning, after a call with the President of Indonesia, I finalized an important agreement with the country. As part of the agreement, Indonesia commits to purchasing $15 billion worth of American energy products, $4.5 billion in agricultural products, and 50 Boeing aircraft, many of which are of the 777 model. This is the first time in history that our ranchers, farmers, and fishermen will gain full access to the Indonesian market. Additionally, Indonesia will pay a 19% tariff on all goods exported to the United States, while goods exported from the United States to Indonesia will be exempt from all tariffs and non-tariff barriers. If the relevant goods are transshipped from high-tariff countries, the corresponding tariffs from the country of origin will be added to the tariffs paid by Indonesia.
