Standard Chartered Introduces Spot Trading for Bitcoin and Ethereum
Standard Chartered has launched spot trading services for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) through its UK branch, exclusively for institutional clients. This move comes in response to growing institutional demand for digital assets.
The bank states it is the first globally systemically important bank to offer deliverable spot trading for BTC and ETH — providing a secure, compliant, and scalable way for institutions to access crypto markets.
