Learning from Losses: My Biggest Trading Strategy Mistakes 💡📉

Every trader makes mistakes — it’s part of the journey. One of my biggest early mistakes was overtrading without a clear plan. I jumped into trades based on emotion, not strategy, and often entered late chasing price after a breakout. That led to losses and frustration.

Another mistake? Ignoring risk management. I used to trade without setting proper stop-losses or risking too much on a single position. A few bad trades wiped out days of gains. I learned the hard way that protecting capital is more important than chasing quick wins.

I also underestimated the power of emotions — fear and greed cloud judgment. Now, I follow a strict trading plan, risk only 1–2% per trade, and journal every decision to learn and improve.

Mistakes taught me discipline, patience, and the importance of consistency.
