Next week, the U.S. House of Representatives will vote on three major bills related to digital currencies, as part of "Digital Currency Week" (July 14-18):

🔸 CLARITY Act - Defines how the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will classify and regulate digital assets.

🔸 GENIUS Act - Establishes a federal framework for the issuance and oversight of stablecoins (which has already been approved by the Senate).

🔸 Central Bank Digital Currency Ban Act - Prohibits the development of a U.S. central bank digital currency.

If these laws are passed, they may represent the first major legislation on digital currencies in U.S. history, which will determine how digital assets are handled in the future.
