Zuckerberg aims for 2026 for the first multi-gigawatt facilities

Zuckerberg revealed on his Threads feed that the inaugural data center, dubbed Prometheus, is scheduled to begin operations in 2026. A second site, named Hyperion, will eventually increase its capacity to around five gigawatts of power in the coming years. He added that “We are also building multiple titan clusters.
