The #BreakoutTradingStrategy is one of the most popular and exciting in the crypto world. It consists of entering the market just when the price breaks a key support or resistance zone, with the expectation of a strong and fast movement.
But, although it sounds simple, it is not so easy to apply correctly. I have learned that not every breakout is real: many are false, with traps to liquidate those who enter without confirming the volume or direction.
My advice is: combine it with other indicators, such as RSI or volume, and never forget to place your stop-loss.
When done correctly, it can yield very good results. But when improvised... it can be costly.
