Will $XRP replicate the explosive rallies of past bull markets?
Analysts believe that $XRP could reach new all-time highs if the asset manages to stay above $2.34. They estimate a target of $2.65 before reaching the range between $4-$6.
They also assert that the asset may move independently of the other altcoins, reacting to market movements differently due to its fundamentals.
The bullish forecasts are also supported by XRP's past performance during previous bull markets, which show enormous potential for the asset. Previous rallies recorded returns ranging from 400% to 60,000%.
In the spring 2017 rally, XRP went from $0.006 to $0.37 in just two months, recording a 60-fold gain. Shortly after, the legendary rally of 2017-2018 pushed the asset from $0.23 to $3.84, with a 16-fold increase in a few weeks.
From 2017 to the all-time high, XRP achieved a gain of 800x. The rally of 2020-2021 brought the token from $0.20 to $1.96, with a return of about 10x, while the fourth quarter rally of 2023-2024 saw the asset rise from $0.56 to $2.20 in two months, quadrupling its value.
In 2025, the asset remained in a range between $1.80 and $3.29, still 40% below its high of $3.84 set in January 2018.
Historically, XRP has been one of the best performers during bull markets, although it often experienced marked corrections and long periods of consolidation afterward.
Further supporting the optimism are the requests for spot ETFs on XRP, currently under review by the US SEC. A potential green light could push the asset upward.
