When I started trading, my strategy was simple — buy low, sell high. No indicators, no structure, just vibes. It worked a few times… until it didn’t.
I then moved into indicator-heavy setups: MACD, RSI, Bollinger Bands — trying to catch perfect entries. But I quickly learned that more indicators don’t mean better trades. I was overanalyzing and missing real opportunities.
Eventually, I simplified. I focused on price action, support/resistance, and clean risk management. I stopped chasing signals and started following structure — waiting for confirmations instead of guessing tops and bottoms.
Now, my strategy is a mix of trend-following and breakout setups with strict stop-losses and clear targets. I log every trade, review performance, and adjust based on data — not emotion.
My strategy evolved from randomness to a rule-based system. The biggest lesson? Consistency beats complexity.
