The virtue of sending blessings upon the Prophet is immense, for it is the key to all goodness and the source of blessings and mercy. When we send blessings upon him, we recall his great intercession on the Day of Resurrection and enjoy his closeness in this world and the Hereafter. The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "Whoever sends blessings upon me, Allah sends blessings upon him tenfold." It increases provisions, erases sins, purifies hearts, facilitates difficult matters, and brings peace of mind and tranquility to souls. Increase it so that you may attain his intercession and love and be in his company in Paradise. It is a trade that will never fail and a treasure that will never perish.
