STH-MVRV is now 1.18, just exactly equal to the previous high;
AVIV is 1.634, already above the +1 standard deviation blue line (1.629);
Historically speaking, if it were just a rebound within a trend, this situation generally wouldn't occur. Even if the price rises higher, these indicators usually remain lower than the previous highs.
But it is clear that this is not the case now; this can already be seen as breaking the previous limitations. If it is not a false breakout, then the subsequent trend is likely to continue.
Of course, nothing in the market is 100%, but what if it really is a false breakout? Personally, I would reduce risk by controlling my position and setting proper stop-losses. At the same time, I will continue to monitor LTH accumulation/distribution, LTH profit-loss ratios, and significant net outflows from exchanges, among other data, to assess changes in market sentiment and real demand.
