PANews, July 14 news, according to Tesla's official website, the AI assistant Grok developed by xAI has begun to be pushed to eligible Tesla vehicles. New American version cars delivered since July 12 will come standard with this feature, allowing users to wake up Grok through the in-car app or by long-pressing the voice button on the steering wheel to engage in natural language conversation. Users can choose from various personality styles, such as storytelling, delusional, NSFW, argumentative, children's stories, sexy, therapist, and 'runaway mode.' Currently, Grok only supports Model S/3/X/Y and Cybertruck equipped with AMD infotainment processors running software version 2025.26 or higher. This feature is launched as a Beta version and does not currently support direct control of vehicle functions such as navigation and air conditioning. All user conversation content will be anonymized by xAI to protect privacy. Currently, vehicle owners can enable Grok without needing a Grok account or subscription.
