🗣️ An investigation has emerged that Coinbase may have been the "anonymous source" for Bloomberg's material about Binance and the Trump-related project $USD1 .

According to one version, Coinbase is afraid of the competitor's return to the US, which could hit its market position. It is noted that rumors about a possible pardon for CZ have heightened panic within Coinbase.

CZ has already reposted this investigation and previously promised to sue Bloomberg — there has been no response from Coinbase yet.
