Odaily Planet Daily News: Kraken Co-CEO Arjun Sethi stated that it will air-drop the PUMP tokens from the public sale of Pump.fun to certain users who experienced order failures due to system limitations. This PUMP token sale sold out completely within 60 seconds, with demand far exceeding supply. Kraken identified the affected users through internal order records and user behavior data, and the air-drop will occur automatically without user action required. Sethi pointed out that eligibility for the air-drop is based on verified order intentions during the sales window, and the tokens will be procured by Kraken from the secondary market. Current Hyperliquid data shows that the PUMP price is around $0.0067, which has a premium over the public sale price of $0.004. This round of ICO by Pump.fun raised approximately $450 million on the Solana chain, with the remaining tokens sold in collaboration with exchanges such as Bybit, Kraken, Bitget, MEXC, KuCoin, and Gate. Several platforms faced subscription issues, including Bybit, which issued an apology statement for some users who did not receive allocations despite placing orders within seconds of the opening, and plans to announce subsequent updates.
