From July 14 to 18, 2025, the U.S. House of Representatives designates the next week as "Crypto Week," during which three key bills will be voted on: the GENIUS Act (stablecoins), the CLARITY Act (SEC/CFTC roles), and the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act.
The GENIUS Act, already approved in the Senate, is expected to define requirements for stablecoins (full reserve, transparency), while the other laws will set regulatory limits and prevent a CBDC issued by the Federal Reserve.
