Could this be the script for Pump?

Phase One:

The Pump project party first injects $100 million to $150 million by controlling a bunch of wallets and accounts to create a booming prelude.

Phase Two:

Before the public offering, Pump has already contacted some institutions to help bring in participants. These institutions promised: once Pump's own $150 million arrives, they will follow up with $200 million to $300 million, thus completing the $600 million with $300 million to $450 million.

Phase Three:

KOLs and P Marshals/Junior Generals start shouting:

"Pump is exceptionally hot, everyone hurry in!"

"Everyone put in $2 million, if our group has a few hundred people, won't it be done!" "What, you don’t even have $2 million?" Retail investors flock in eagerly, generously opening their wallets.

Phase Four:

The project party and large institutional investors split the profits 70/30.
