In this market, most people don't lose due to direction but die from frequent trading + emotional highs + heavy positions.
As a practical teacher who has guided hundreds to recover their capital, I won't speak of metaphysics or brag; I'll share 3 core logics of recovery in the crypto world that I have summarized from years of practice. If you can understand the third point, it means your fate is to turn around.
1: Watch only the candlestick chart, not emotions; this is the fundamental reason 99% of people lose money
Candlestick charts do not lie, but people are easily deceived by themselves.
I have seen too many novice traders who chase prices when the candlestick rises and cut losses when it falls. As a result, they face a liquidation and take three months to recover.
When I guide trades, I never focus on the one-minute candlestick; I focus on market liquidity + strategy position control.
Trading based on emotions leads to only one outcome: exit.
2: Follow trends, don’t chase volatility: the worst thing in trading is a directionless “choppy market”
Many people don’t actually lack trading knowledge; they just don’t understand when to take a break.
When you trade short in a choppy market and let emotions take over, you start to take heavy positions, and in the end, you lose everything.
I have a stable intraday rhythm system; it’s not about profiting from every wave, but only from profitable trends.
For example: Yesterday, I shorted ETH at 3010, taking a 50-point profit, and exited smoothly.
With 800U at 100x leverage, the net profit upon exit was approximately 4000U, easily profiting.
However, many retail investors frequently switch positions between 2960-2980, ultimately losing heavily.
3: Don’t fantasize about turning around solo unless you are a market hunter

This market is a battlefield of institutions, robots, and copy trading; it’s not a casino where you can win based on feelings.
If you are not a full-time trader with a stable strategy and rhythm system, the only thing you can do is follow the right people.
