#MyStrategyEvolution

My personal strategy has gone through significant stages of development over the years, starting from randomness to smart and balanced planning. Initially, I thought that effort alone was enough to achieve success, but I discovered that the absence of clear planning leads to wasting time and resources. I began studying self-management concepts and goal setting, and I learned to use tools such as SWOT analysis to evaluate strengths and weaknesses, as well as to prioritize using the Pareto principle (80/20).

Over time, I became more aware of the importance of flexibility, as the world is changing rapidly, and what works today may not be suitable tomorrow. Therefore, I make sure to review my strategy periodically and adjust it based on new circumstances and data. I also learned that success does not only depend on efficiency but also on communication, continuity, and continuous learning.

My strategy today is a mix of long-term vision and realism in execution. Thus, I have become more capable of adapting and achieving. #MyStrategyEvolution
