My strategic evolution 🚀
My path in strategy is like an evolution. At first I was instinctive and reactive ⚡. I was just putting out "fires" 🔥, without a long-term view.
Then came the phase of forward planning ✍️. I started using SWOT, setting clear goals 🎯. But the plans were too rigid, non-adaptive 🧊.
The key step was adaptability 🌱. I realized that strategy is a living organism. Failures are lessons 📚. Flexibility is important!
Today my strategy is a mix of everything: flexibility, learning and resilience 🌍. I build systems that can recover quickly 🔄. I am constantly learning 🧠. The best strategy is the one that adapts to the world! 🌍#wct $WCT
