#USCryptoWeek America is preparing to legalize Bitcoin and ban the digital dollar

The elected officials in Washington have decided to do what they do best: explain to us that they know exactly how to regulate something they've never understood in their lives.

Next week, they proudly launch 'Cryptocurrency Week'. It's official. Imagine a Congressional hall where people who can barely tell a USB from a USDT will determine the future of your money. What could possibly go wrong?

First Bill: CLARITY

'Transparency' — sounds nice, doesn't it? They are finally going to explain who exactly will be taking your money with fines — the SEC or the CFTC. Bravo! Half a century of disputes about what a 'security' is, and now they’ve found time to deal with BTC in the middle of the elections.

Apparently, in the breaks between devouring budgets and banning gas stoves. Yes, they care about you — so much that now big banks will be able to calmly enter the crypto market and buy everything up. The people will certainly say thank you.

Second Bill: GENIUS

'Genius' is the name. The Stablecoin Law. Essentially, they want to give a federal license to issue dollars that already exist — just now with their signature. Because they don't like regular stablecoins: too much freedom.

Soon your bank will print 'Digital Dollar of JPMorgan Chase' and charge you a fee for holding your own digital cash. Brilliant, isn't it?

And finally, the favorite — The Law Against CBDC

Well, this is just magnificent. The same government that prints trillions out of thin air now forbids itself from printing digital currency. Because, you see, the 'digital dollar' threatens your freedom.

Interesting, for whom? For you or for them? After all, if the government can track every dollar — it will be hard to do what they love most: spend your money in ways you'll never know where.

What does this mean for you?

If they do pass these three bills — congratulations! We will have 'regulated' crypto. Your bitcoins will become legal as long as you pay taxes and don’t doubt too much who benefits from all this.
