🇺🇸 What is US Crypto Week?

• Sometimes referred to as “Crypto Week,” it is an intensive week dedicated to digital currency legislation in the U.S. House of Representatives.

• This week will take place from July 14–18, 2025, during which a dozen key laws in the field of digital currencies are expected to be voted on  .

📋 The three key laws:

1. GENIUS Act

• A regulatory framework for the first time for dollar-backed stablecoins.

• It requires them to be cash-backed (1:1) and controlled by financial institutions, whether banks or licensed entities .

2. Clarity Act (Digital Asset Market Clarity Act)

• Clearly defines the distribution of responsibilities between the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and the CFTC (Commodity Futures Trading Commission).

• Aims to end the current “regulatory chaos” surrounding the classification of digital assets .
