I thought of another point: when you encounter an idiot, the most rational thing to do is to agree with all of their idiotic viewpoints! Do you know why? Because if you waste even a little time reminding them, it will increase the probability from 1% that they think they are wrong to 1.0001%. Don't underestimate that 0.0001% increase; it all helps your opponent's case! So you should support their idiotic viewpoints.
