Ethereum reaches all-time high: nearly one third of its supply is already staked.

Ethereum continues to consolidate its transition towards a more secure and efficient ecosystem. Currently, 29.39% of the total supply of ETH is staked, marking a new all-time high and bringing the network closer to the symbolic milestone of having one third of all its tokens committed to validation.
At the beginning of 2025, the figure was 28.1%, and it even fell to 27.2% in March. However, since then, the percentage has grown rapidly, driven by the Pectra update, which raised the limit per validator from 32 ETH to 2,048 ETH. This improvement allowed large operators to consolidate nodes, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.#BinanceTurns8

In addition, the filings made by CBOE in March to allow spot Ethereum ETFs to stake open the door to a new institutional flow of staked ETH. If realized, "the projected inflows to these staking ETFs would further increase the percentage of staked supply," according to analysts.
