According to Lookonchain, the GMX hacker agreed to return $42M in stolen assets in exchange for a $5M white-hat bounty. So far, $10.49M in FRAX has been returned. The remaining $32M was swapped into 11,700 ETH, now worth $35M—yielding a $3M gain.
