How to roll over 1000U? Don't worry, just follow these steps!
Many people ask in the square every day: “Teacher, how do you roll over?” “Is there a specific step?”
Today, I’ll say it again:
Rolling over is not about betting your life on a heavy position,
but about gradually rolling out with “rhythm + position control + execution.”
Taking 1000U as an example, follow these steps:
Step 1: Position control, starting position: below 500U, below 50% even for the first few trades, only use 200~300U to explore road orders.
Why?
The most important task for a small account at the beginning is:
“Survive, don’t blow up, don’t withdraw more than 20%.” If you can’t even protect your account, what’s the point of talking about rolling over?
Step 2: Only do the rhythm you understand
What does it mean to understand?
There are clear support/resistance zones
There is a large trend direction alignment
There are controllable stop-loss levels and opportunities with a risk-reward ratio above 2:1
In simple terms, the initial goal is:
“Make one trade, survive one trade.”
Step 3: Write down your stop-loss in advance, set it ahead of time, and never cancel it on the spot
Limit each trade's maximum loss to within 5%-7% of the account
For example, with a 1000U account, the maximum loss per trade should not exceed 50-70U.
Some say this is too conservative? Then ask yourself first: Do you want to take a gamble?
Or do you want to grow the account to 5000U or 10,000U?
Step 4: Don’t be greedy with take profits, take what you can get
For example:
Small wave target: 30-50 points
Large rhythm target: 80-150 points
Medium-term large trades: maintain a risk-reward ratio of over 3:1
Step 5: Once you reach 3000U, start rolling bigger positions. After doubling the account,
start increasing the position, for example:
Increase single position to 800U~1000U
Control maximum risk per trade at 3%-5% of the account
Each phase's drawdown should not exceed 15% of the account
What does that mean? In the small money phase, protect your life; in the medium funds phase, accelerate position increases;
In the large funds phase, protect profits and control drawdowns.
Step 6: Each time you double your capital, withdraw once
For example, from 1000U to 3000U,
withdraw 500U first,
this way, you can feel stable even if the account draws down. Surviving gives you the qualification to roll over.
