The secondary investment institution Trend Research under Liao De Capital purchased 9,001 ETH ($22.72M) after a decline last night.

They continued to borrow 42.1 million USDT from Aave after the drop, transferred it to Binance, and then purchased and withdrew 9,001 ETH.

They should now have approximately $182,000 worth of ETH bought and held, with a total cost of around $2,250, currently having about $32.6 million in unrealized gains.
