For me, Bitcoin's dominance needs to drop while Bitcoin is bullish on the chart; you see a probable drop in BTC dominance
To have a strong season, Bitcoin must continue its rise
And also 75% of cryptos in performance must outperform Bitcoin in 90 days to see the #altcoins move
This is just an analysis I made
