JUST IN - EU announces its new €2.3 billion agreements package for Ukraine.
It also announced its proposal for the fourth disbursement of the Ukraine Plan worth up to €3.05 billion, €1 billion under the 6th instalment of the EU's €18.1 billion Macro-Financial Assistance (MFA) package and a new European Flagship Fund for the reconstruction of Ukraine, backed by the European Commission, France, Germany, Italy and Poland.
