This is not the first time I've seen a similar question, nor is he the only one confused.
In fact, many people have been going around in circles in the crypto world for years, yet they remain stuck in the same loop. It's not that they don't work hard, but they haven't seen clearly — the growth in the crypto world is staged.
Understanding which stage you are in is more important than watching the market, calling trades, or chasing trends. To summarize, most people will go through these 4 stages:

Fluctuations trigger emotions; when you buy, the price drops, and when you sell, it rises. Staying up late watching the market, struggling with whether to cut losses, frequently trading and repeatedly losing.
🔹 Stage 2: Intermediate Period — Understanding trends, starting to wait
After experiencing losses, you begin to pay attention to macro, cycles, and sentiment. Gradually realizing that frequent trades are not as effective as striking at key points.
🔹 Stage 3: Mature Period — Systematic approach, stable emotions
No longer trading based on feelings, but making decisions based on a system. Setting clear profit-taking and stop-loss levels, not easily reacting to short-term fluctuations.
🔹 Stage 4: Chaotic Period — Blindly increasing positions, emotions out of control
Fantasy of recovering losses, heavily investing in altcoins, high leverage risking everything, resulting in repeated liquidations, falling into anxiety and denial.
If you always feel like "I’m clearly working hard but still losing," it’s very likely you've gotten stuck at a certain stage, struggling repeatedly.
Recognizing the stage is the first step out of chaos.
