In the crypto world, disaster is not a dead end; stop-loss is the true scripture! When the understanding king farts in the middle of the night, the market shakes three times; this gust of wind might not be the lifeline for short sellers!

Tang Seng's plain explanation:
What's going on? Who's catching the breeze on the rooftop?
For those who shorted ETH at 2620 and BTC at 108800, they are probably 'eating instant noodles while facing the northwest wind, with tearful eyes swollen'—completely trapped! Is the wind on the rooftop getting chilly again? A lifeline? The understanding king's 'tariff storm'!
A big incident happened in the early morning! Trump slammed the table and imposed tariffs on goods from Brazil and eight other countries, up to 50%! The global market is in a state of shock!
Tang Seng's viewpoint: The tariff war has begun ➔ Everyone might think the dollar is safer and will strengthen ➔ Assets like gold, oil, Bitcoin, and Ethereum may face pressure and drop in the short term!
Tang Seng's view: This logic is credible! The news is like a gust of wind, regardless of where it ultimately blows, it will definitely confuse the market first. The main force is happily pushing the price, but suddenly gets hit by the understanding king, causing a moment of confusion; a slight tremor could cause the price to drop. This tremor gives the trapped short sellers a chance to breathe, or even a window to break free!
Tang Seng's viewpoint: News-driven short-term volatility is the norm in the crypto world, and leveraging panic emotions is a common tactic, but its sustainability is questionable.

Technical aspects? The main force also 'can't move' anymore!
ETH: Today’s highest point is 2823, and there is significant pressure here! Indicators show a MACD death cross and decreasing volume, like a person climbing a mountain reaching the top, panting and lacking the energy to push further.
Tang Seng's strategy:
Still have ammunition: If ETH can rebound to around 2820-2835, try to add a small short position to lower the average price. This way, as long as the price drops back to around 2750, you can break even or even make a small profit on the overall position including the new short. It's like you were stuck in a short at 2661 halfway up the mountain, and then added another short at the peak of 2820; the average cost of the two positions comes down, so you don't need to drop back to 2661. If it drops to 2750, you might break even overall.
Holding on until the end: Watch the larger resistance level at 2823, add a short only when it reaches there, but you must set a strict stop-loss! For example, set it at 2825, and if it breaks, just admit defeat and run away! If it really drops and breaks 2750, it might accelerate downwards; at that point, consider running faster.

BTC: Yesterday's highest point was 112000, which is also a tough nut to crack. Indicators also show that the main force is struggling a bit; the MACD is at a death cross after a sticky phase.
Tang Seng's strategy:
Still have ammunition: If BTC can bounce back to the range of 111300-111500, decisively add a small short position with a target of 110000.
Already liquidated/extremely dangerous: Don't just think about shorting! Learn the 'mutual combat' strategy—if the price really drops sharply, for example, below ETH 2750 or BTC 109500, buy some spot to catch the bottom! Sell the spot once it rebounds a bit to cover the losses of the short position.
Tang Seng's viewpoint: This is called hedging, reducing overall loss risk, which is better than stubbornly holding onto a losing position.
Tang Seng knocks the wooden fish: Amitabha! There is no Buddha in the crypto world that never incurs losses, only those who understand stop-loss and utilize news/technology to seek the truth! This time, the tariff storm brought by the understanding king is both a crisis and an opportunity.
