The first 10,000 eligible users who complete the above steps and maintain a minimum balance of 1 token by the end of the Promotion Period will be eligible to receive one 5 NXPC token voucher by 2025-08-15 23:59 (UTC).
Users who activated Soft Staking before the Promotion Period and have completed the above steps will also be eligible to receive one 5 NXPC token voucher.

About Binance Soft Staking:
Binance Soft Staking allows users to earn staking rewards on selected tokens from their Spot Accounts, which can be simply activated with one click. Soft Staking offers full flexibility—users can trade, withdraw, or use their tokens anytime while earning rewards on their spot assets.Currently, tokens supported for Soft Staking include: BNB, SOL, ADA, SUI, TON, NEAR, POL, ALGO, S, and AXS. To qualify for Soft Staking rewards, users must meet the respective minimum holding requirement for each token in their Spot balance. There is also a cap on the eligible holding amount.Benefits of Binance Soft Staking:Full Flexibility: No redemption process or lockup periods required.Withdraw or Trade Anytime: Access and use your assets anytime without restrictions.Daily Rewards: Receive daily rewards directly credited to your Spot Account.Users can view their soft staking amount and staking rewards by going to the Soft Staking page. Average daily snapshots of the Spot Account will start at 00:00 (UTC) on the day after the user activates Soft Staking. Staking rewards will be distributed to eligible users’ Spot Accounts on the next day after the snapshot (the second day after activation), between 00:00 and 08:00 (UTC).

These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in the activity above (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
