This time the PUMP public offering, I personally feel that it is not really a financial management bureau, the winning rate is not that high, it can only be considered a big bet for small returns.
If you are using a small amount of capital to play, you can at most earn a profit of a few dozen points, it’s better to go for dog fights, or open contracts for a more thrilling and direct experience.
If you are using a large amount of capital to play, if you don't have hedging experience, after messing around for a while, it might just be a waste of effort.
If you go all in without hedging, then you have to bet that the opening can go up high. If that’s the case, if you can sell it out immediately, then you are indeed impressive.
But if the market opens a few points higher, and your reaction speed isn’t fast enough, you might not be able to sell it out.
If it opens flat or even starts with a wave of washing before rising, you might not be able to handle a heavy position and could be washed out before the real upward movement.
So in my view, the risk-reward ratio is actually quite poor.
It’s better to quietly be an audience and just enjoy the show.
