Solana ($SOL ) Has Just Shown a 5-Year Bullish Signal; Will a Breakout Occur Next❓❓❓❓

Transaction Volume Reaches 5-Year High, But SOL Price Has Not Followed

The number of Solana transactions has surged past 70 million. However, that's not the best part.

According to the chart, the last time the transaction volume line crossed the price line, there was a price rally for SOL over several years. This time, in July 2025, the price remains sluggish, around US$154, and a similar crossover has occurred.

Net Flow Tends to Be Bearish, Despite Outflows from Exchanges

Data from Coinglass shows Solana has experienced steady outflows until early July. Typically, this indicates accumulation. However, outflows have slowed in recent days, and there has been no spike in inflows either.

🔥A confirmed move above US$156 could change the momentum. If that happens, the upside targets are at US$169 and US$180, both acting as major resistance zones from previous highs.

But if the bulls fail to break through the wedge, there is a risk of returning to the old sideways band. This support zone between US$140 and US$135 has previously trapped the SOL price. Losing this zone would weaken the entire structure and could lead to deeper losses. This wedge is wide enough that even a small decline will not ruin the setup, but if SOL drops below US$130, this pattern may no longer be relevant.
