⏫ Bitcoin’s Long Game: Experts See $200K to $500K by 2035

Institutional capital, regulatory progress and infrastructure maturity are setting the stage for Bitcoin’s next major growth cycle - and experts from Binance, Bitwise and Standard Chartered are aligning around a bullish long-term thesis.

🔹 Bitwise researcher Ryan Rasmussen projects $BTC could reach $200,000 by the end of 2025, assuming favourable macroeconomic conditions. "Institutional demand and fixed supply create a near-perfect environment for price appreciation", he notes.

🔹 Standard Chartered takes it a step further, predicting a $250,000 target in the short term and as high as $500,000 by 2035, driven by historical post-halving cycles and Bitcoin’s growing role as a macro hedge.

🔹 Binance’s Kirill Khomyakov points to short-term headwinds like economic volatility and geopolitical tensions, but believes BTC’s resilience and status as a "flight-to-safety" asset are only becoming more pronounced. In his words, “Bitcoin has proven its ability to bounce back, even after sharp downturns”.

The recent approval of spot Bitcoin ETFs in the U.S. has already brought a new wave of capital into the market, reinforcing BTC’s position as digital gold in an evolving financial landscape.

⏹️ However, the path forward isn’t without friction. Experts caution that:

- CBDCs (central bank digital currencies) may challenge Bitcoin’s utility in global payments,

- tightening crypto regulation in the EU and China could slow momentum,

- geopolitical instability may fuel demand or heighten uncertainty.

Still, the consensus remains clear: Bitcoin’s role as a core digital asset is strengthening - not fading. The next decade could redefine how the world stores and transfers value.
