A framework to simplify the approval of cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds. Currently, exchanges must submit a Form 19b-4, triggering a review period of up to 240 days. If approved, the proposed framework will allow exchanges to list qualifying products more efficiently, similar to traditional exchange-traded funds.
