'What's the time? Oh look': Musk posts 'arrest counter' of Epstein case; fresh dig at Trump?

Elon Musk on Monday posted an "arrest counter" to highlight zero arrests in the Jeffrey Epstein case, apparently targeting Donald Trump after previously linking the US president with the late sex offender.

"What's the time? Oh look, it's no-one-has-been-arrested-o'clock again," Musk wrote on his social media platform X, and posted an image which read: "The Official Jeffrey Epstein Arrest Counter: 0 0 0 0"

While the SpaceX and Tesla CEO did not take any name, his post came after the Trump administration - Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) - was reported to have concluded that there was no evidence that Epstein was murdered.

DOJ and FBI also said that the investigators found no indication that Epstein blackmailed "powerful figures" or maintained a โ€œclient listโ€. Musk had recently alleged that Trumpโ€™s name appears in sealed government documents related to the Epstein case.

Convicted as a sex offender in a separate case, the disgraced financier was accused of running a vast network of underage girls for sex. He died in prison in 2019 while awaiting trial.

Estranged allies Trump and Musk recently fell out over the former's "big, beautiful bill."

Since then, the two have beenย taking digs at each otherย publicly.
