Good morning, Mr. Scott, Ranking Member Warren, and members of the committee. Thank you for the opportunity to appear before you today. My name is Brad Garlinghouse, and I am the CEO of Ripple. Ripple employs nearly 900 people in 15 offices around the world.
Ripple was founded over a decade ago with the goal of: enabling the Internet of Value - a world where money moves as information does today. We develop software products that enhance cross-border payments, stablecoins, and digital custody services. Ripple helps financial institutions reduce friction, enhance efficiency, and better serve their customers.
