**Bitcoin Falls to US$107 Thousand After Trump Imposes Tariffs, Indonesia Remains at 32%**
Bitcoin fell to US$107,000 after United States (US) President Donald Trump announced reciprocal tariffs on several countries, including Indonesia, which remains at the same rate of 32%.
Not only Bitcoin, several cryptocurrencies also responded to these tariffs. Ethereum dropped 2% to US$2,530, XRP fell 1% to US$2,254, and Solana decreased by 2.20% to US$148.63. Dogecoin, which previously surged by 7%, was also affected by these tariffs, resulting in its price now dropping by 3.71% to US$0.1664.
The White House has sent letters to the affected countries, namely Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, and several smaller trading partners, totaling 14 letters.
Trump stated that the tariff rates are final, but if these countries submit offers, the US may engage in further negotiations.
