Is cryptocurrency suitable for ordinary people to play?
Can retail investors only serve as fuel for institutions?
1. The rise and fall of the market ultimately depend on large capital manipulation. They control the rhythm and will use tools like news and economic data to influence retail investor sentiment; sometimes they even coordinate to put on a show. No matter how tight the outside situation is, as long as the major players want the market to rise, it is difficult for it to go down; conversely, when they want to crash the market, even a statement from the US president is useless. Those 'good news' and 'bad news' often only serve as post-facto justifications for the market movements.
2. Do not use high leverage in contracts. Those who truly make money from investments are already financially free, using a bit of pocket money to play with leverage, and it doesn't matter if they lose, as they can always start over. However, retail investors often risk their entire fortune, resulting in a 90% loss rate, yet they still believe they are not working hard enough. In reality, this way of playing has a pitifully low survival rate and is simply not suitable for ordinary people.
3. Avoid so-called 'celebrity coins' or any PvP-type coins. Most of them are backed by scam groups, many from gray areas in Southeast Asia. They issue coins at almost no cost, relying on packaging and recruitment to sell worthless items to uninformed retail investors; by the time you take over, they have long since run away. These types of 'coins' are not investment products at all, but rather tools for exploiting retail investors.
4. Although there are many chaotic phenomena, I still have faith in the future of the crypto industry. This is a constantly expanding field, and truly valuable projects will survive through bull and bear markets. What we ordinary people need to do is to buy those coins with good fundamentals and vitality during the downturn, hold them patiently, and when the bull market arrives, we will naturally see returns.
