🔍 Why the rush?

• The REX-Osprey SOL & Staking ETF (SSK) gained automatic approval last week under the Investment Company Act of 1940

• SSK now trades with a first-mover advantage, something the SEC previously tried to avoid with simultaneous ETH & BTC ETF approvals

• June SEC feedback also requested issuers include staking & in-kind redemption language
