Going into correction. Bitcoin Dominance

Currently, the asset is in an ascending triangle since March 3, 2025, and is being squeezed within it. We have made several attempts to break out to the long side and even updated the local high at 66% (dirty dominance, clean around 70% excluding stablecoin cap), but still couldn't establish ourselves above.

There is now a good opportunity for a short breakout and a move towards targets of 64.5% - 62%. Such a scenario would be extremely favorable and would indicate a trend reversal, but its development will take more than a week and even a month, as sharp movements in dominance almost never happen - this is a long-term story.

We have been building an upward trend for over three years, and we will correct it not in a week, but in 6 months + (at least). For now, I consider the main scenario to be a breakout of the triangle to the short side and a local correction.
