Why hold and when to sell?

HODLing, a strategy born in the crypto community, reflects conviction in the long-term potential of a token.

My approach to HODLing is based on solid fundamentals: does the project have innovative technology, a reliable team, and real adoption?

Assets like Bitcoin, Solana, or Ethereum are often favorites for their resilience and utility. I evaluate the market narrative: does the token solve a relevant problem?

I also consider diversification to mitigate risks. Holding long-term is worthwhile if you believe in the project's vision and its ability to withstand bearish cycles.

To take profits, I set realistic goals based on technical analysis or project milestones, such as important launches. I never sell everything; I stagger exits to capture rises without losing exposure. Patience and discipline are key.
