I want to share this story not to create panic 🙄🙄 but to protect you from being scammed like my close friend.

⚠️ What Happened?
My friend listed some #USDT for sale on Binance P2P as usual.
The buyer sent a photo of the bank receipt, looking very real. Accompanied by the message:
"Please check again for me, I have transferred it already."
Trust me, my friend has released crypto.
And that’s when everything collapses.
❌ No actual money has been transferred into the account.
❌ The buyer disappeared without a trace.
❌ Lost both crypto and received nothing from the bank.
🔑 3 VALUABLE LESSONS AFTER THE SCAM
1. DO NOT RELEASE if the money has not actually arrived in the account
Screenshots or messages are not payment confirmations.
Always open the banking app → check if the transaction has been processed.
2. Carefully match the information of the sender
Don't just look at the name — check the transfer time, account number, amount, everything must match 100%.
3. Transfer photos = can be faked
Only trust what you see in the official banking app or confirmation SMS.
🧨 Scam Tricks
They often:
Be polite, fully verify identity
Send "evidence" quickly to create pressure
Pressuring you to "quickly" release first
Then disappears — or worse, reports back to the bank that it was a scam, causing your account to be locked!
✅ So How to Trade P2P Safely?
Only release when you have seen real money in the account
Use a bank with instant transfer notifications (SMS, app)
Trade with someone who has verification ticks and high trust history
Never let others call, chat privately or pressure you
Encounter anything unusual → report it immediately in the Binance app
🛡️ Final Message:
My friend lost money, but I don't want you to lose it too.
If you are trading P2P — be doubly cautious, it's better to be slow than to lose everything.
If you need guidance on checking buyers, setting security, or want to know who is trustworthy — I'm ready to share my experience.
Don't let this lesson become yours.
